A: Absolutely. Each project is custom designed specifically to the homeowner's needs and desires. Our projects are well planned and then expertly project managed, saving the homeowner time and money helping to ensure an enjoyable, hassle and stress-free experience. The first and most important step is developing a pool design plan with the homeowner. This includes the Pool and Water Features as well as items like a Spa, the Deck, Pergola, Outdoor kitchens & Fireplaces, Fencing and similar items. This comprehensive plan ensures that your project is well thought out with no surprises or cost over runs that are typical with other pool builders.

A. That can depend on many factors including weather, obtaining approvals from your Home Owner's Association and obtaining your building permits from your local authority. In general, it will take 2-3 weeks to get your Home Owner's Association approval and approximately the same amount of time to obtain your building permit. Once we have these in hand it will take about 4-5 weeks to build the average backyard pool and a bit longer for more complex pool projects.
A. We always laugh at this one. Dan & Dave Lowe have been building Residential and Commercial pools for more than 24 years. We use local contractors who fully understand all the soil conditions. Plus with our lifetime of experience building swimming pools from $20,000 to over one million dollars we are fully qualified to build any size or type pool. Few if any of the local pool builders in this area have the vast amount of experience that we do. .
A. That will vary depending on the size of the pool, type and number of water features, and type of sanitation system used on your pool. We offer state of the art Salt & Cleaning Systems that utilize energy efficient equipment to help save you time and money. Please speak to one of our pool designers and they can explain in greater detail about what we can do to keep your operating costs low based on your actual design.
A. We give a lifetime warranty on the pool shell for the original purchaser. We also have a 10 year transferrable warranty to a new owner should you decide to sell your home. Each different component also comes with it's own factory warranty and the components we use are all top of the line and come with the best warranties in the industry.
A. We have been installing salt systems on our pools for well over a decade. 90% of the pool projects we build have salt systems and our customers love them. They are so simple to use and take a lot of the hassle out of owning a pool. Also, we wouldn't think of selling you ANY product that we don't have on our own pools or felt would damage your pool or equipment. For the protection of any Natural Stone work on your pool we use a clear penetrating sealer to protect the surface. It's cheap, quick and simple to install this sealer yet a lot of our competitors won't take the time to use it.
A. That's easy, pick up the phone and give us a call to set up your complimentary in home design appointment. We will meet you at your home, take measurements, and discuss all the different options you have for creating your backyard paradise. We will then take all the information we gathered from you and create a unique pool design using our state of the art 3D computer animated software program. Once this is done we will set up a second meeting, typically in our office so you can view both the design as well as all the different types of materials and equipment you have to choose from.
